  • Taoge Area (Wujin) Comprehensive Water Environment Improvement Project – 2023 Phase

    Project Name

Taoge Area (Wujin) Comprehensive Water Environment Improvement Project – 2023 Phase

    Project Overview & Challenges

The Taoge Area is characterized by scattered villages and complex terrain. Traditional concrete pump stations suffer from long construction cycles, large land footprint, and nuisance pollution generated during on-site construction. In addition, the multi-disciplinary subcontracting model brings great coordination difficulties and uncontrollable construction schedules. Meanwhile, without intelligent monitoring of equipment, manual inspection incurs high costs and low operation & maintenance efficiency, which fails to satisfy the development goals of efficient environmental governance and ecological livability in the area.

    Solutions & Achievements

The project adopts integrated precast pump stations. Units are standardized and pre-assembled in factory, only hoisting and commissioning are required on site, and construction for a single station takes merely 3–7 days. Manufactured from high-strength FRP, the stations deliver superior corrosion and leakage resistance, suitable for complicated rural sewage conditions. Adopting a full-process turnkey delivery model, we provide one-stop services covering design, prefabrication, installation, commissioning and O&M training with clear accountability and efficient implementation. Equipped with an intelligent cloud platform, the system enables 24/7 equipment monitoring, remote early warning and full-lifecycle digital management. It effectively shortens construction duration, cuts O&M costs and facilitates intelligent water environment management across the Taoge Area.

  • Huashi Town Central Wastewater Treatment Plant & Wastewater Treatment Facilities Upgrading Project

    Project Name

Huashi Town Central Wastewater Treatment Plant & Wastewater Treatment Facilities Upgrading Project

    Project Difficulties

Sewage is diluted by infiltration water from pipe networks, resulting in low influent concentration, poor treatment efficiency and high operation & maintenance costs.

Conditions vary greatly between dry and wet weather; pollution interception, flood drainage and load control of wastewater treatment plant shall all be considered.

    Project Solution

Adopt an end minimally invasive treatment scheme consisting of smart intercepting chambers and integrated lifting pumping stations to replace conventional pipeline reconstruction.

    Project Achievements

Mitigate the problem of low sewage concentration, improve wastewater treatment efficiency and cut energy consumption and O&M costs.
