• Changqing Pumping Station & Xijiang River Pumping Station in East Wuming Education Park, Nanning (Model Project of Ultra-deep Integrated Prefabricated Pumping Stations)

    1. Project Overview

    Located in the east zone of Wuming Education Park in Nanning, the park covers a total area of about 31.26 km² and is planned as an ecological education zone with 13 universities to be settled and around 110,000 teachers and students in total. Three sewage lifting pumping stations are planned for the zone. Wuhua Pumping Station adopts a traditional concrete structure, while Changqing Pumping Station and Xijiang River Pumping Station apply Supumps integrated prefabricated pumping stations to collect and lift sewage across the whole zone.

    2. Project Pain Points

    The park features large water consumption and dense drainage pipe networks, resulting in buried depths of 15.1 m and 17.7 m for the two pumping stations respectively. Such ultra-deep operating conditions impose stringent requirements on cylinder pressure resistance, sealing performance, anti-silting capacity and on-site construction.

    1. Customized Pumping Station Design

    Two sets of integrated prefabricated sewage pumping stations are tailor-made with a cylinder diameter of 3.8 m and heights of 15.1 m and 17.7 m. Each station has a daily treatment capacity of 10,000 m³ and is equipped with 3 Supumps submersible sewage pumps.

    - The cylinder bottom is thickened by 20% to enhance pressure resistance under deep burial conditions;

    - Cylinder rigidity is verified via FEA finite element analysis to avoid leakage and cracking caused by resonance;

    - A CFD flow field optimized anti-silting base reduces sludge accumulation and lowers maintenance workload.

    2. Landscape Compatibility

    The pumping stations occupy a small footprint and can be harmoniously integrated into the park landscape.

    3. Intelligent Operation & Maintenance System

    Supported by the Supumps intelligent cloud remote monitoring platform, managers can monitor operating data and control the stations remotely via mobile phones or computers to realize unattended operation and reduce daily management pressure.

    With the 17.7 m-high cylinder equivalent to a six-story building, this project serves as a benchmark model of ultra-deep large-scale integrated prefabricated sewage pumping stations in China. It verifies the structural reliability and complete set technical strength of Supumps deep-buried prefabricated pumping stations, offering mature reference solutions for deep-buried pumping station projects in large new districts.

  • Maxiagan Canal Black & Odorous Water Treatment Project in Xiong County (Baiyangdian Sediment Pollution Remediation Project)

    1. Project Overview

    As a key ecological remediation project in Xiongan New Area targeting sediment pollution in Baiyangdian Lake, this project restores the ecological functions of Baiyangdian Lake known as "the Kidney of North China". It carries out internal pollution control and dredging for Maxiagan Canal with an average dredging depth of 0.3 m and total dredging volume of 8,010 m³. Sediment remediation reduces internal pollution, rebuilds benthic habitats and recovers the aquatic ecosystem of Baiyangdian Lake.

     2. Project Pain Points

    Affected by historical pollution, sediment in Baiyangdian Lake accumulates abundant organic matter and nutrients, leading to significant swamping. Sediment near urban drainage outlets exceeds heavy metal standards and continuously damages the water environment and ecosystem. A sediment disposal process meeting the standards of stabilization, harmless treatment, volume reduction and resource utilization is urgently required.

    3. Supumps Solutions

    Supumps integrated high-dryness dewatering and harmless treatment solution for river & lake dredged sediment is adopted:

    1. Dredging & Transportation: Polluted sediment is suctioned by cutter suction equipment and pumped into geotextile tubes.

    2. Dewatering & Stabilization: Geotextile tubes realize volume reduction with online chemical conditioning to stabilize and consolidate heavy metals in sediment.

    3. Classified Disposal: Sediment is treated by pollution levels: slightly and moderately polluted sediment is used for land filling and greening capping; heavily polluted sediment is transported to cement plants for co-processing or dedicated landfills for resource utilization.

     4. Project Value

    This project develops a feasible implementation path for internal sediment treatment of Baiyangdian Lake, satisfying the high ecological governance standards of Xiongan New Area. It forms an integrated demonstration model covering dredging, dewatering and harmless sediment disposal, providing replicable solutions for similar river and lake ecological restoration projects nationwide.

  • Emergency Sewage Collection Renovation Project in Hebei (HMPP Integrated Prefabricated Pumping Station Model Project)

     1. Project Overview

    This emergency sewage collection renovation project in Hebei first adopts Supumps SPS-HMPP high-modulus polypropylene integrated prefabricated pumping station. The station has a cylinder diameter of 2 m, height of 8.35 m and daily treatment capacity of 5,040 m³. Equipped with a CFD anti-silting base, electric control cabinet and intelligent cloud remote O&M platform, it improves regional sewage collection and transportation capacity and facilitates local black & odorous water treatment. Supumps participated in compiling the industrial standard for HMPP integrated prefabricated pumping stations as a representative enterprise in the industry.

    2. Project Pain Points

    The original regional sewage pipe network is imperfect with combined sewer systems, and the existing sewage treatment plant lacks sufficient processing capacity, resulting in a large gap in sewage collection and transportation. As an emergency renovation project, it faces tight construction schedules with strict requirements on equipment production, delivery and on-site installation cycles.

    3. Supumps Solutions

    *1. Innovative Green HMPP Cylinder Material

    The cylinder is made of high-modulus polypropylene (HMPP), different from traditional GRP fiberglass. It weighs only half of fiberglass under the same specification, featuring light weight, high strength and corrosion resistance. Adopting double winding molding technology, it boasts excellent compression and anti-floating performance with short delivery cycles to meet urgent supply demands. The eco-friendly recyclable material is pollution-free and classified as green low-carbon building material.
