  • Reconstruction Project of North and South Bridgehead Nodes of Xilin Bridge, Neijiang
    Project Background
    The south approach of Xilin Bridge starts from the football field on Dazhou Road in Shizhong District and ends at No. 1 Junior High School on Heba Street, with a total length of 705 meters, including a 455-meter-long underpass tunnel. The north approach extends from Taibai Intersection on Dongtong Road in Dongxing District to Dafo Temple Square, spanning 685 meters with a 450-meter-long underpass tunnel.
    The underpass is designed as a two-way four-lane passage, with auxiliary roads featuring one-way two lanes on each side. Two pedestrian overpasses will be built at the south bridgehead and three at the north bridgehead respectively. The total investment of the project reaches 136 million yuan.
    Project Challenges
    As a key project to ease traffic congestion in Neijiang urban area, this is also the first underpass tunnel project in the city. Its construction is of great significance for optimizing the road network and alleviating traffic jams in the main urban area.

  • Phase I of Yuanwaiyuan Ecological Environment Improvement — Pipeline Relocation for East-to-West Water Diversion Project
    Project Background
    Adhering to the principles of ecological restoration, overall upgrading and people's livelihood improvement, this project preserves the natural landscape, protects and restores the original ecosystem, and inherits local cultural heritage and landscape features. It aims to create a natural and harmonious rural landscape with mountains and waters in western Beijing.
    Project Challenges
    The project consists of two parts: relocation of water conveyance pipelines for the East-to-West Water Diversion Project and construction of water replenishment facilities. The water intake pump stations are required to meet strict structural strength and anti-floating requirements.
    Supumps Solutions
    The pump station barrels are manufactured with computer-controlled integrated filament winding technology. Structural strength is verified via computer-based FEA (Finite Element Analysis). Multiple sets of steel bars connect the anti-floating blocks and pump station body to achieve a more solid connection with the foundation, forming an optimized anti-floating foundation structure.

  • Water Environment Improvement Project of Huoniu Area, Beijing Municipal Administrative Center
    Project Background
    Water environment improvement in Tongzhou District covers six major areas: Huoniu, Taima, Yuyong, Chengbei, Lianghe and Hexi. Within the Huoniu Area, there are 11 black and odorous rivers divided into 15 sections, with a total length of 57.29 km, accounting for 21.5% of the total length of black and odorous water bodies in Tongzhou District.
    Project Challenges
    Direct discharge of rural sewage has caused severe river pollution. In addition, the dense river network in Tongzhou brings difficulties to pipeline network construction.

    Supumps provided 8 sets of integrated prefabricated sewage pump stations for the Huoniu Area. These facilities realize centralized and efficient collection of domestic sewage and greatly reduce direct sewage discharge.
